Collected records are strictly processed to run the active software portals. Student grades compile reports, payment records track tuition, and resumes process hiring pipelines. We do not sell, rent, or share personal database records with third-party advertising companies.

We employ modern industry protocols including SSL/TLS database connections, password hashing, and encrypted hosting endpoints to guard your records against unauthorized access, theft, or data leakage.

5. Data Retention

We retain database records as long as your service subscription is active. Following server deletion requests or subscription termination, we wipe data logs from production drives in accordance with typical safety backups cycles.
